Continuous work with the company's field (24/7): we work with the integrity of the business structure, create conditions for a clean field, and help protect against external influence. This is a continuous process running alongside your main activity.
Weekly strategic meetings (2–3 hours): we discuss what needs attention right now. We give feedback on what's happening at the energetic level: where there's tension, what opportunities are opening, where the risks are.
Work with the leader during meetings: we discuss your state, release tension, adjust focus. Not separate sessions — part of the weekly strategic meetings.
Key employee assessment (up to 3 per month): we conduct an energy-informational assessment of candidates or current employees. You get information: strengths, hidden limitations, long-term behavioral forecast.
Protection of the business structure and leadership: we identify influences that can create tension in the business — both external (envy, manipulation, attacks from competitors and ill-wishers) and internal (team atmosphere, communication breakdowns, hidden conflicts, distorted perception of reality).
Competitor work (on demand): if aggressive pressure from competitors arises, we identify the source and neutralize the influence. We don't enter into conflict — we restore your sovereignty. Depending on severity and complexity, additional payment may be required — discussed individually.
Messenger support: write anytime on business-related questions and the leader's state. We respond within the day, usually within 2–4 hours.
